The Problem We Solve
Running an RYA Training Centre means juggling course schedules, instructor assignments, cabin bookings, student certifications, payments, and admin — often across spreadsheets, email chains, and three different software tools.
Generic booking platforms like Rezdy and FareHarbor were built for tour operators. They handle "Book a kayak tour" well, but fall apart when you need to schedule a 5‑day Yachtmaster prep with cabin allocations, track a student's progression from Competent Crew, or issue RYA certificates.
Broad Reach Bookings was born from this frustration. We built a platform that speaks the language of sailing — from course types and qualification pathways to vessel management and certification flows. Not a generic tool with maritime wallpaper, but a purpose‑built system for how training centres actually work.
