Can I change plan later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll pro‑rate the difference.
Are there any hidden fees?
None. Our price is what you pay. Payment processing fees (e.g. Stripe's 1.4% + 20p) are charged directly by the payment provider — we don't add anything on top.
What happens after the free trial?
After 14 days, choose a plan to continue. Your data is preserved and you won't lose anything. If you don't subscribe, your account is paused (not deleted) for 30 days.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually and save 20%. That's Starter at £470/yr, Professional at £950/yr, and Enterprise at £1,910/yr.
Can I get a discount for multiple centres?
Multi‑centre organisations get volume discounts. Contact us for a custom quote based on your number of locations.
